Procedure Warnings:

Before starting this process, you will need to obtain the following information from the Client’s Clover Flex systems: 

  • The Clover Sport API Key (X-API-Key Header)

  • The Clover Sport API Key (X-USER-ID Header)

  • The Clover Sport API Base Url

  • The Clover Flex Merchant ID 

  • The Clover Flex Ecommerce Token 

  • The Clover Flex Auth Token 

This information must be entered into Noble to complete menu pulls for the client.

Additional Requirements: 

  • The client must have already installed the Cloud Pay Display app on their Clover Flex devices. Additional information can be found below.

  • The Client’s Clover Flex and GRUBBRR Kiosk must be on the same network

    • GRUBBRR strongly recommends that clients use a wired connection for their kiosk and Clover Flex device whenever possible. This helps maintain a consistent connection between devices and the client’s network.
