Verifone Petro Troubleshooting: Menus not Importing to the GRUBBRR Portal

When uploading XML files to the GRUBBRR Portal as part of a menu sync for Verifone Petro, you can encounter a "false success" error with your upload if the files do not follow the appropriate naming conventions. The system will accept the uploaded files, but not actually import menu data (as pictured below). 

To prevent these errors, please ensure that the .XML files you upload all follow the required naming conventions: 

• poscfg.xml, 

• menucfg.xml 

• PLUs.xml

Any deviation- such as a (1) for a duplicate file title- will prevent the GRUBBRR Portal from importing the client's menu data.
