If you've made changes to your menu in the kiosk portal, and they're not showing up on your kiosks, complete the below troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue.
Verify the Changes were Completed in the Correct Location
To switch from the company level to one of your locations:
- Select 'Company' beneath your company name
- Select a location name
To go back up to the company level:
- Select 'Locations'
- Select the company name on the list that appears.
Items
Check that the items page reflects any changes you made.
- For items, go to Menu > Catalog Management > Items
- Click the blue pencil icon
- Check that you see the changes you made
- If you don't, update the item and click Save
Categories
Check that the categories page reflects any changes you made.
- Categories are found under Menu > Catalog Management > Categories
- Click the blue gear icon
- Verify that the changes you made are showing up
- If not, update the category and click Save
Modifier Groups
Check that the common modifiers page reflects any changes you made.
- To view your modifier groups, go to Menu > Modifier Management > Common Modifiers
- Click the green edit icon
- From the Modifier Group Editor page, you can change the group's settings and add modifiers to the group
- Check that the modifier group settings are correct
- Check that the modifier group has the right set of modifiers
- To remove a modifier, click the red X button
- To add a new one, select the ingredient, fill in the settings fields, and click the green + button
- To remove a modifier, click the red X button
Verify the Changes were Synced
Syncing from the GRUBBRR Portal
Click the circular arrow in the top right corner to sync your changes to the kiosk. A pop-up window will appear on the kiosk while the sync is completed.

Make sure your Samsung kiosk is showing the screensaver
- If the screensaver is not displaying, select ‘Cancel Order’ on the kiosk in the bottom right corner
- Tap your company logo at the top of the screen five times

Enter an access code into the popup on the screen
- Access codes are managed through employee settings in the GRUBBRR Portal
- Select 'Refresh DB' in the lower right-hand corner of the screen
