Your Samsung Kiosk has a built-in printer for customer receipts. If at any point you notice receipts are not printing properly, follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Clear Printer Jam (if necessary)
- Open the printer drawer by inserting your finger into the scanner and pulling outwards
- Lift the orange lever
- Remove the paper jam
- Thread the paper through the slot in the door
- Lower the flap with the orange tab over the leading edge of the paper
- Close the printer back up
Load a Fresh Roll of Paper
- Open the printer drawer by inserting your finger into the scanner and pulling outwards
- Spread the orange rollers apart and insert the paper roll
- Make sure the paper is unrolling from the top of the roll
- Lift the orange lever and thread the end of the paper underneath it
- Pull the paper through the slot in the door
