Your GRUBBRR kiosk can offer two different types of upsells for your guests. With an Order Upsell, you can add an upsell at the end of every transaction on the kiosk. Or, you can offer an Item Upsell, which will allow your guests to add commonly paired items to their cart when they order select menu items.
Adding Order Upsells
To create a new Order Upsell:
- Log in to your account at merchant.grubbrr.com
- Select Menu from the left sidebar
- Select Upsells from the dropdown
- Select +Create Upsell to add a new order level upsell.
- Note: You can only create a single Order-Level upsell. If you want to change the items offered, you can edit or delete the upsell you make here
- Optional: Give your new upsell a Name
- Clicking an item in the Available Items column on the left side of the page adds it to the list of selected items. These are the items that your kiosk will offer as an upsell at the end of a guest's transaction.
- Select Add New Upsell to activate the upsell in your system.
Adding Item Upsells
- Log in to your account at merchant.grubbrr.com
- Select Menu from the left sidebar
- Select Upsells from the dropdown
- On the Upsells page, select Item Upsells at the top right of the white tile
- From the Item Upsells tile, click the Create Item Upsell button at the top left of the table
- On the Item Upsells page, configure the following settings:
- Create an easily recognizable Upsell Name
- Select a Category of items you would like to create upsells for
- Select between 1-4 Item(s) for Upsell; These are the items that your kiosk will offer as an upsell and will appear as a table underneath the dropdown menus.
- Starting with our Version 4.0 release, you can enter a custom Upsell Price for each item included in your list; this allows you to create special, line-item discounts if a customer wants to add an upsell item to their cart

Note: Any discounts you create with item upsells will be accurately tracked and displayed in the Clover Portal and on receipts printed by your GRUBBRR Kiosk, as pictured below

- If desired, add a Custom Upsells Message for your items
- Finally, click on items in the Available Items column to add them to your Selected Items list. These are the items that will trigger the upsell on your kiosk.
- Click Save Changes to finish creating your new upsell.
Once you have finished configuring your new upsells, remember to sync the changes to your kiosk by clicking the Sync Button at the top right of the Portal screen!
