Online Ordering: Settings

From the GRUBBRR Portal, you can add and customize order types, delivery fees, theme colors, and other settings for online ordering.

Settings

To reach the settings page:

1. Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal
2. Select ‘Online Ordering’ from the left sidebar menu
3. Select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown

Online Ordering Setup

• Online Order Active
  • Activates online ordering
• Online Order Paused
  • Pauses online ordering
• Concessionaire Mode
  • If you are using concessionaire mode with your GRUBBRR account, you can enable it for online ordering here
  • Concessionaire mode is primarily used for stadiums and entertainment venues
• Table Ordering
  • Toggle whether customers order from their tables
• Future Orders
  • Enable/Disable Future Orders

• Order Send to Kitchen
  • Can be set to automatic or manual
    • Manual must be done from the POS

Time Estimates

• Estimated Delivery Time
  • You can enter an estimated delivery time
• Estimated Ready for Pickup time
  • You can enter an estimated pickup time

Order Firing (Delays)

• Delivery Order Firing
  • You can choose how many minutes to delay a delivery order by
• Takeout Order Firing
  • You can decide how many minutes to delay a takeout order by

Temporary Times

• Use Temporary Times
  • You can toggle on temporary estimated times for delivery/pickup
  • This could be used for holidays or times when the restaurant is anticipating a higher volume of orders
• Use Temporary Time Until
  • You can set the end date for their temporary times
  • This must be set for the temporary times to become active
• Temporary Estimated Delivery Time
  • You can enter an estimated delivery time
• Temporary Estimated Ready for Pickup time
  • You can enter an estimated takeout time

Fees

• Delivery Fee
  • You can choose how much delivery costs
• Online Ordering Fee
  • You can add a separate fee for online ordering

Minimum Order Amount

• Minimum Order Amount for Delivery
  • You can set a minimum value of a purchase to be eligible for delivery

Delivery

• Max Delivery Distance
  • You can set their maximum delivery distance
• Distance Type
  • You can mark this distance as miles/kilometers
• Minimum Amount for Free Delivery
  • You can choose to have a free delivery threshold and mark how much a customer must spend to reach it

Online Ordering Appearance

• Categories Start Collapsed
  • When the website is accessed, customers will see the category tabs closed; items will not be visible until the category is selected

• Show Pictures for Modifiers and Variations
  • You can enable the images for modifiers and variations to appear on the website or leave those options as text only

• Hero Image URL
  • File upload for the main marketing image on your online ordering website

Other Settings

• Enable Tips
  • You can choose to leave a tip dialog box on the online ordering website

• Enable Loyalty Redeem
  • If you have a loyalty program, you can enable this program for online ordering
• Delivery Option
  • In-House Delivery: Manage delivery with internal company resources
• Payment Processor
  • Authorize.Net: This must be selected to enable online payment processing
• Invoice Printing
  • Enable Invoice Printing
• KOT Printing
  • Enable KOT Printing

Color Customization

You can customize online ordering colors through the GRUBBRR Portal.

To customize online ordering colors:

1. Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal using company-level credentials
2. Select 'Location' from the left sidebar menu
3. Select 'Location' from the dropdown
4. Locate the location you want to customize
5. Select the 'Color Code' icon (eyedropper on orange background) located in the 'Action' column
6. Customize
   • Online Ordering Primary Color: Used for restaurant name, location symbol, indicated tab, 'Add Item' button, border on selected items/ingredients, etc.
   • Online Ordering Positive Button Color: This color is used for the 'Complete Order' button, the 'Next' button, availability indicators for order types, discounts text, etc.
7. Select 'Save'
