Loyalty programs and the Returning Customers feature create customer accounts in the Portal. You can view these accounts, edit customer information, deactivate customers, and manage loyalty details (if applicable) all from the GRUBBRR Portal.
Customer Accounts
To find customer accounts in the Portal:
- Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal using location level credentials
- Select 'CRM' from the left sidebar menu
- Select 'Customers' from the dropdown
Deactivating Customers
To deactivate a customer account, search for the appropriate customer, then select the green 'Status' icon. A green icon indicates an active account, a red icon indicates an inactive account.
Editing Customers
To edit customer accounts, search for the appropriate customer, then select the blue 'Edit' icon.
This will take you to the 'Create Customer' page where you can add/edit customer information. The only fields that will be automatically entered are 'Name,' 'Mobile No,' and sometimes 'Email.' You can edit these fields or add additional information.
Managing Customer Loyalty
If you have a loyalty program enabled at your location, customers will be able to create 'Loyalty Accounts.' Since the Returning Customers feature functions synchronously with loyalty, loyalty accounts create identical profiles to normal customer accounts.
Customer profiles that are loyalty accounts will have a third icon under the 'Action' column. This icon is the 'Loyalty Details' icon. If you would like to view or manage a specific customer's loyalty program, locate the applicable customer and select the 'Loyalty Details' icon.
When you select the 'Loyalty Details' icon, you will be taken to the screen shown below. Here, all loyalty programs in this company that this specific customer is registered to will be listed. The table will list the loyalty program name, as well as the customer's point count, visit count, registration date, first visit date, and most recent visit date.
Under the 'Action' column, there is an 'Add/Subtract Loyalty Points' icon. If you want to edit a customer's loyalty points, you can do so by selecting this icon for the appropriate program.
This will show the below pop-up where you can edit a client's loyalty points. Select 'Save' to confirm any changes made.
