In order for GRUBBRR's team to provide you with accurate, data-driven insights that you can use to get the best return on investment from your self-ordering Kiosk, we need access to performance data from your POS. We can then analyze the performance of your Kiosk solution in direct comparison to the POS, and make informed recommendations on steps that you take to improve adoption or ticket lift in your stores.
Luckily, Toast makes it easy to share this information with the GRUBBRR team. Simply follow the steps below to set up recurring performance alerts, and we'll do the rest!
Go to www.toasttab.com
1. Click "Toast account"
2. Click "Notifications & alerts"
3. Click "Contact Settings (Old)" to manage automated email lists
4. First, we need to create an email list where we'll send the notifications
5. Give your new email list an easy-to-recognize name
6. Add your GRUBBRR Point(s) of contact as an External Email
7. You can share Daily or Weekly performance summaries for your location
8. Simply use this dropdown and select your GRUBBRR Email list...
9. Then click "Save" to apply your changes
