1. Click "Schedule"
2. Click "New Schedule" for new devices
You can also click the name of an existing schedule, then click "edit" to make changes. If you're editing an existing schedule, skip ahead to step 7.
3. Click "Content"
4. Enable all devices under the "Supported Devices" heading
5. Select the appropriate Schedule Type
6. Click "Create"
7. There are two ways to add content/playlists to a schedule; you can click a timeslot...
8. ... And search for the content to add
9. Or you can drag and drop content from the left sidebar to the calendar
10. Once you've added the content or playlist to the calendar, you can configure how often (daily, weekly, etc.) the content will repeat
11. For seasonal content, we can configure how long the content should remain on the device...
12. Or we can click "Never Expire" for permanent content
13. If the client has multiple menus (i.e., Breakfast and Lunch), we can enable start and stop times for content...
14. Or we can set the content to run for 24 hours
15. Click "Save" to apply your changes
16. For clients with multiple devices, we recommend creating a single schedule with multiple channels
17. Simply add a new channel for your new device...
18. And repeat the setup process as needed
19. When you're done updating the schedule, click "Save"
20. Make sure that the schedule name includes the date of the update, the client's name, and the intended devices
21. It's also important to make sure that we're assigning the schedule to the correct Schedule Group
22. Click here to select which device(s) you want to publish the schedule to
23. Remember to select all devices that will use the new schedule!
24. Click "Save & Publish" to apply your changes.
