Some of our digital menu boards don’t update automatically, so we need to manually upload images or videos when prices, menus, or promotions change. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to add content using MagicInfo, Samsung’s content management system.
Since these boards don’t connect to our Portal for real-time updates, it’s important to follow the right process to keep things organized. Please make sure to follow the steps below whenever you're uploading new content to the system!
1. Click "Content"
2. Click "New"
3. Click "Upload Content"
4. Click "Add Content"
5. Make sure the file name includes the upload date, the brand, and which screen the content is for (if applicable)
6. Click "Category"
7. Assign the content to the appropriate Category (brand)
8. Click "Save"
9. Once you've finished modifying your content, click here to start the upload process
