If you want to enable Loyalty features on your Kiosk, or if you want to offer customers coupons that they can submit on the device, you'll need to provide our team with an "Open Discount ID" for the GRUBBRR portal. You can create these discounts in Toast by following the steps outlined below.
1. Click "Payments"
2. Click "Comps and promos"
3. Click Discounts and Promo Codes
4. Click "Add a Discount"
5. Give the discount a recognizable name
6. Click "Select Discount type"
7. Click "Open $ Off"
8. Click "Entire check"
9. Click "Advanced Settings"
10. Make sure that the discount's Permissions Level is set to "Any User"
11. Click "Save"
12. Click "Publish Now."
Once the discount is published, GRUBBRR will be able to pull the updated discount codes into our Portal.
