In order for us to send Loyalty rewards to a PAR POS, we need to create an Open Discount in the PAR Pos. An "Open Discount" has an undefined amount, and allows the system to easily process different loyalty rewards on your GRUBBRR Kiosk. To create an open discount in PAR:
1. Click "Configuration"
2. Click "Settings Editor"
3. Click "Discounts"
4. Click "Add New Discount"
5. Give your discount an easily recognizable name
6. Make sure the Reward Type is "Comp"
7. Leave the "Percent" field at 0%
8. Enable "Must Enter Amount"
9. Enable "Loyalty Discount"
10. Make Sure "Allow Prior Discount..."
11. and "Allow Later Discount" are both enabled
12. Optional: You can also enable "Discounted Items Eligible" to allow loyalty with other POS Promotions
13. Click "OK"
14. Save the new discount to your POS
15. Publish your changes so that they can be pulled into the GRUBBRR Portal
