Locations using version 12.5 or later of GRUBBRR's Kiosk Application have access to Abandoned Order reports through the GRUBBRR Portal. This detailed report allows us to track how often abandoned orders happen at the Kiosk, and provide insight as to when and how the abandonments happen. You can access Abandoned Order Reports at the Location level by following the steps outlined below.
1. Click "Reports"
2. Click "Sales Operations"
3. Click "Abandoned Orders"
4. On the report screen, orders are listed by date
5. Using this report, we can see how long a user was in the menu before abandoning their order
This can help us determine if there's an issue with menu flow, or if it's too difficult for customers to find what they want on the device
6. And where the user was in the order process when they abandoned their order
7. Finally, the system tracks whether an order was abandoned or cancelled
"Cancelled" indicates that the customer actively terminated their order on the Kiosk, while "Abandoned" indicates that the order timed out and reset to start
