Advanced Features: Disabling Kiosk Ordering when the Device is Offline

GRUBBRR devices running version 12.5 or later of our Kiosk application can be set up to block any orders when the device is offline. With this feature enabled, the Kiosk will instead display a pop-up to let customers know that the device can't connect to the internet, and to speak to location staff instead. To enable this function in the GRUBBRR Portal: 

1. Sign in to the Portal at the Location Level

2. Click "Configure"

4. Scroll or Search for "Block Kiosk when Offline"'

5. Turn the "Block Kiosk" flag On

6. Click "Save"

Click 'Save'

7. Click Sync to push changes to your Kiosk
