GRUBBRR's "Custom Messages" Feature allows us to create unique pop-ups that display on your Kiosk in response to customer behaviors. There are a lot of ways we can use this feature; for example, restaurants may choose to show required health advisories when guests order a burger medium-rare, or maybe just tell Guests where to go to pick up their drinks. However you want to use this feature, you can enable it at the Location level by following the steps below.
1. Click "Configure"
2. Click "Custom Messages"
3. Click "Add New"
4. Give the message an easily recognizable name
5. Enter the Title that will appear on the top of the pop-up
6. Enter the main text for your pop-up in the "Message" field
7. Optional: Upload an image for the pop-up
8. Optional: You can display text below your image by entering it in the "Additional Text" field
9. Display Priority determines the sequence in which pop-ups will appear
10. Select the actions that will trigger your custom message
11. If your message trigger is "Item is in Cart," select the item(s) that will prompt the message here
12. Select whether the message will display before or after payment here
13. Click "Save"
14. Click "Sync" to push the changes to your Kiosk
