If you're unable to properly print receipts from your Clover SMB Kitchen Printer, please make sure to verify that all of the following have been completed:
- Make sure that you have linked the printer to your Clover POS
- Make sure that you have turned on "Print when Hitting Pay" in Clover
- Make sure that you've configured the GRUBBRR Merchant Portal to use your default kitchen printer
- If you're using Labels in Clover, make sure that all items have been properly mapped to labels in the Clover system, and that the appropriate labels have been linked to your printer. To do this:
- In the Inventory section of your Clover system, select "Create New Label"
- Assign items to the label as needed
- Repeat for each label you want to use
- Next, head back to the Printer section and turn on all labels you want to print on your Kitchen Printer
- Repeat as needed for other devices
- Finally, head to the Setup section of the Clover Portal, select Order Label, and configure how labels are sent to your printers
