If your POS is receiving orders from your GRUBBRR Kiosk, but order tickets aren't printing, you may be able to resolve this through the Square POS' internal printer settings. To update your printer settings, simply sign in to your Square POS or Register device, then follow the steps outlined below.
1. Click here to open the sidebar
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Printers"
4. Click here
5. Click "Online Order Tickets"
6. Make sure that the highlighted settings are all enabled
In the "Categories to Print" section, make sure to only enable the categories you want included on your KOT. If you want to print everything, leave "all categories" selected.
