Some GRUBBRR partners enable Tipping on their GRUBBRR Kiosk, while others turn it off. However, this doesn't have to be a binary choice for users on version 12.0 or later of GRUBBRR's Samsung Kiosk application. With our advanced tip settings, you can configure your devices to hide the tip prompt when a preset condition is met but display the prompt on all other orders. To enable these settings for your kiosks:
1. Sign in at the Location Level
2. Select "Configure"
3. Select "General Settings"
4. Select "Kiosk"
5. Select when to hide the tip Prompt from this dropdown
Choose whether the Kiosk will hide the tip prompt when all items are barcoded, when the cart total is less than a preset amount, or when items in the cart are from a selected category
6. Click "Save" to apply your changes
7. Click Sync
This will push your new configuration to all devices at this location
