If you'd like, your GRUBBRR kiosk with Square integration can be configured to automatically include an untaxed service fee in every order. This feature is configured entirely in GRUBBRR's portal and processed as an Open Item by your Square system. If you'd like to use this feature, simply:
1. Sign into the GRUBBRR Portal at the Location level
2. Click "Configure"
3. Click "General Settings"
4. Click "Kiosk"
5. Scroll or search for the "Kiosk Convenience Fee" section
6. If desired, update the Display Name of the surcharge
7. Enter the amount to be charged
8. Select whether the convenience fee value is a flat dollar amount or a percent of the total order
9. Click here if the Convenience Fee will be included in sales tax for the order
10. Click "Save"
11. Sync your changes to the Kiosk
