When onboarding a new location with Dover, we may encounter an issue where orders submitted at the pump are not sent to the client's KDS device(s). This could be a result of an error in the GRUBBRR Portal, which we can resolve by following the steps below:
- Sign in to the Dover Portal using the client's location-level credentials
- Select Online Ordering in the left sidebar
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu
- On the online ordering settings page, click the green save button and wait for the process to complete
Once the portal finishes the saving process, submit a test order through either a pump or the Online Ordering page.
