If your kiosk is not receiving updates from the GRUBBRR portal, and you've confirmed that the device is connected to your network, you can perform a manual sync through the device's admin settings. To perform a sync from your kiosk:
- While your kiosk is in Screensaver mode, Tap five times on the logo at the top of the kiosk screen
- Enter your device's passcode to access the Admin Settings page
- On the Admin Settings page, tap on the Refresh Data tab in the left sidebar
- Tap the green Refresh button to start the sync process
- After the menu sync is complete, tap Login in the sidebar
- Enter your access code to resume normal kiosk function
Take a moment to review your kiosk menu and confirm that your changes have been applied.
