Advanced Settings: Configuring the timer of your Kiosk's Thank You Screen

If you'd like, you can adjust how long your kiosk displays a "Thank You" message after processing an order. It's important to note that this setting applies to all devices at a location; the GRUBBRR Portal can not pick and choose which devices display a banner or which will display a blank screen. If you'd like to enable this setting, follow the steps below: 

1. Sign in to your GRUBBRR Portal at the Location level
2. Click on Configure in the left sidebar
3. Select General Settings from the dropdown menu
   
4. Select the Kiosk tab at the top of the page
   
5. Scroll or search for the Section labeled Order Confirmation/Thank You Screen Settings
   
   
6. In the field labeled Thank You Window, enter the amount of time you'd like your kiosk's Thank You pop-up to remain on screen
   1. Note: The default timer is 15 seconds
      
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save

Remember to Sync your changes to your devices when you're done!
