You can configure printers for your GRUBBRR KDS directly through the device without needing to connect to the GRUBBRR or Clover Portals. Please Note that this only applies if you use a printer specifically for your KDS; if you use your default Clover POS printer for tickets, you'll need to follow this guide instead. To add a printer on your KDS Device:
- On your KDS, click the Settings icon at the bottom left of the screen
- In the Settings menus, tap on the Printer Settings tab at the top of the screen
- On the Printer Settings page, click Edit
- Your KDS will automatically populate the Edit Printer window with a list of available printers filtered by printer Brand; select the printer you wish to use by clicking the radio button to the left of the printer's model number
- Tap Change Printer to connect the selected printer to your KDS
