In this tutorial video, we'll walk you through the process of scheduling menu items and categories through the GRUBBRR Portal. When you schedule an item or category, you tell your kiosk that it should only be displayed during the assigned times- at all other times, the item/category will be disabled on your kiosk menu. Steps for this process have been outlined beneath the video for your convenience.
To Schedule a Category:
- Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal
- Select the appropriate location from the menu
- Select Menu from the left sidebar menu
- Select Catalog Management from the dropdown
- Select Categories
- Select the category you would like to schedule from the list
- Click the gear-shaped Settings button to edit your category
- Scroll down and click on the option labeled Click to manage Additional Settings
- Click on the Scheduling tab
- Select the days you wish to offer the category
- Use the 24h clock tool to define a start and stop time to sell your category
- Click Save
To Schedule an Item:
- Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal
- Select the appropriate location from the menu
- Select Menu from the left sidebar menu
- Select Catalog Management from the dropdown
- Select Items
- Select the item you would like to schedule from the list
- Click the pencil-shaped Edit button to edit your item's settings
- Scroll down and click on the option labeled Click to manage Additional Settings
- Click on the Scheduling tab
- Select the days you wish to offer the category
- Use the 24h clock tool to define a start and stop time to sell your category
- Click Save
