Your GRUBBRR Portal makes it easy to 86 items on your GRUBBRR Kiosks. With just a few clicks, you can remove an item from your kiosk when it's sold out and then turn it back on once you've restocked.
We can use status controls in the GRUBBRR Portal to manage sold-out items on the GRUBBRR Kiosk. We can access these controls at the Company or Location level, depending on where we manage our menu. To manage item stock settings, sign in to the GRUBBRR Portal at the appropriate level, then follow the steps outlined below.
1. Click "Menu"
2. Click "Catalog Management"
3. Click "Items"
4. Click "Status"
5. Click "Sold Out"
This will cause the item to display on the Kiosk with a grey overlay and an orange banner, indicating the item is sold out
6. Click "Yes"
We can use the same status controls to mark when an item is back in stock. Once you've navigated to the appropriate level in your GRUBBRR portal, follow the steps below to re-enable your item.
1. Click "Menu"
2. Click "Catalog Management"
3. Click "Items"
4. Click "Status"
5. Click "Enable"
6. Click "Yes"
Remember—your devices will not reflect these changes until you click "Sync" at the top right of the portal.
