If your menu has items that include default modifiers- i.e., a burger that automatically includes American cheese- you can configure an option to include Negative Modifiers on your GRUBBRR Kiosks. With this setting enabled, your kiosk will actively track when a guest asks to remove a default modifier from a menu item, as in the example below:
This setting helps to ensure that changes are effectively tracked and communicated to your kitchen.
To enable Negative Modifiers on your GRUBBRR Kiosk:
- Sign in to the GRUBBRR Portal at the Location level
- Click Configure in the left sidebar
- Click General Settings in the dropdown menu
- On the Common Tab, scroll or search for the options labeled Negative Modifier Preference
- Turn Show Negative Modifiers on to track when a default modifier is removed from a menu item
- Turn Show Default Modifiers to indicate to guests which modifiers are automatically included with their menu item
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes
Remember to Sync your changes and use them on your GRUBBRR Kiosk!
