If your GRUBBRR Kiosk is operating on version 10.0 or later, you can offer your guests the ability to rate their ordering experience directly through the kiosk! Click the thumbnail below to see an example of this feature in action.
How it Works
After your guests have completed their orders and selected how they'd like to receive their receipts, your kiosk can offer a separate pop-up that allows them to rate their ordering experience. This is presented as a simple 1-5 star rating system by default. If you'd like more specific feedback, though, you can add the ability to include a short note as well.
Enabling Customer Rating on your GRUBBRR Kiosks
If you'd like to include Customer Ratings on your GRUBBRR kiosks, you can enable it through the General Settings section of your GRUBBRR Portal by following the steps below:
- Sign in to the GRUBBRR Portal at the Location level
- Select Configure in the left sidebar
- Select General Settings from the dropdown menu
- On the Common tab, search or scroll to find the section labeled Customer Rating near the bottom of the page
- In this section, you can make the following configurations:
- Turning Ask Customer to Rate Experience on will enable the 1-5 star rating pop-up on your GRUBBRR kiosks; also, it will enable
- Allow Customer to Add a Note, which enables a textbox where your guests can provide short written feedback for their experience
- Once you've enabled the settings you wish to use on your kiosk, scroll down and click Save
Remember to push these settings to your kiosk by clicking the Sync button at the top right of the screen!
