GRUBBRR's support team uses remote assistance to make setting up your new KDS quick and easy. After your GRUBBRR devices have all been installed, complete the following steps to connect your new KDS devices to your GRUBBRR Portal.
- Turn on your KDS device
- If it does not automatically load, tap to open the GKDS app from the device's home screen
- Record the following information from the KDS App Login Screen
- The GKDS App Id
- Your KDS Device's IP Address
- Repeat this process for each KDS you would like configured.
- Call GRUBBRR support at 855-547-8227
- Tell them that you are calling to set up a GRUBBRR KDS, and provide them with the following:
- The Name of your company
- Your Location
- Your KDS Device's APP ID
- Your KDS Device's IP Address
- Your support technician will set your new KDS device up in the GRUBBRR Portal. Once the process is completed, you can proceed to the next step.
- Use the Login Credentials provided by the GRUBBRR Portal to sign in to your KDS
