In addition to being the "face" of your GRUBBRR self-ordering solution, your Kiosk contains a variety of useful features and functions for managing your business. In this article, we'll walk through a brief tutorial on the features and functions of this device.
Finding your Kiosk's Login Information
Your Kiosk requires an Email, a Password, and an Access code, which you can find at the location level in the GRUBBRR portal. To find your Kiosk's login information:
1. Click the "Settings" Icon
2. Click "Login Credential"
3. Copy the Login Email and Password
Navigating your Kiosk
Once you have your login information, you can access your Kiosk.
1. Enter your Login Credentials
2. Enter your Passcode
3. Click "Tap Here" to Access your Kiosk Menu
This is where your Guests will go to submit their orders
7. Click your Logo five times to access Admin Settings
8. Re-enter your passcode
This ensures that Guests can't access your admin settings by accident
9. Check App Version & More on the "Device Info" tab
10. The "Payment" tab shows hardware info, payment gateway info, and tax details
11. The "Printer" tab records device info and IP addresses of connected printers
12. Your "Z Report" shows a high-level summary of sales, tips, payments, etc.
13. The "Gross Sales" shows the subtotal, tax, tip, upcharge, and total for each order within the selected time period.
14. The "Item Sales" tab shows the quantity of each item sold during the selected time period
15. The "Order History" tab allows you to view all orders for the day
16. Click "Items" to enable or disable individual items and categories.
17. View your Kiosk's active hours on the "Store Timing" tab
18. Click "Refresh DB" to manually sync your Kiosk with the GRUBBRR Portal
19. Click "Launch Kiosk" to go back to the home screen
