The One Connect cable is an important component of your Samsung Kiosk system. If this plug is not connected properly, it can interfere with your kiosk's ability to print receipts, activate the built in Barcode Scanner, and even accept payment. If you are experiencing any of these issues, you can double check the One Connect cable by doing the following:
- Carefully pull from the bottom right corner to remove the panel covering the kiosk's power supply.
- Locate the One Connect cable
- Unplug the cable, and plug it back in. The cable should make an audible click if it is connected properly.
