If you have ensured that your Kiosk is receiving power, but the Kiosk's screen is still not turning on, it's possible that the Kiosk's power supply is disconnected at one of two points. Follow these steps to verify that your Kiosk Display is plugged in and receiving power.
- Carefully pull from the bottom right corner to remove the panel covering the Kiosk's power supply.
- Locate the Kiosk Power Adapter.
- Ensure that the adapter is firmly seated in the power strip.
- Locate the screen end of the power adapter
- Ensure that the adapter is firmly seated in its socket.
