If you are having issues logging in to your GRUBBRR KDS, it is possible you are facing an internet service interruption.
Use the following troubleshooting steps to fix this problem:
- Verify the KDS is receiving power and turned on
- Verify that the ethernet cable providing internet to your device is securely attached at both ends
- Contact your internet service provider (ISP) and inquire about outages in your area
- If you are facing an outage, you will be able to log in to the KDS after internet connectivity is restored
