If you notice that certain items or ingredients are not appearing on your KOTs, there may be an issue with your kitchen mapping in the GRUBBRR Portal.
To adjust kitchen mapping:
- Log in to the GRUBBRR portal using your credentials
- Navigate to the location you are experiencing the issue at
- Select 'Configure' from the left sidebar menu
- Select 'Kitchen Settings' from the dropdown
- Select the Item Mapping icon ( ) next to the relevant kitchen
- Remember that each kitchen can consist of up to one KDS and one kitchen printer
- If you have more than one kitchen configured you may have to repeat this process
- Select all items you wish to appear in this kitchen
- If you only have one kitchen, you should select all of your items
- Select 'Update All' at the bottom of the page
- Select 'Back to List' at the top of the page
- Select the Ingredient Mapping icon () next to the relevant kitchen
- Select all ingredients
- Select 'Update All' at the bottom of the page
