Open Session
Start Your Session
Go to the Menu tab on the far right of the options. This is where your control panel to open the session is. You will notice most of the buttons are grey because the session configurations are not set yet.
Pick Your Session Settings
Click the Settings button to pop up your options for opening your session. Here you will see all the configurations you need.
Select Fulfillment Station
Click on the Fulfillment Station dropdown and select the station you are opening. If there is an open session at another station you will see that called out and you will not be able to select it.
Select Menu
Select the menu you would like to open this session with. For example, if you are opening a hot dog stand and not the wine bar, make sure to pick the hot dog stand menu. Another example is a happy hour menu or a late-night menu.
Ready to Open
Now that you have selected your Fulfillment Station and Menu for the session, you will see most of the buttons are now white and able to be pressed. Hit the Open Session button to open your session.
Note: a test receipt will print when you open your session. If it does not, tap the test receipt option in Settings.
Open Session Checklist
Your checklist will pop up with the need-to-know information for your session. If there are any items that seem off you will see the status of them in red. In this screenshot, you can see that the printer is offline in red so you are aware before opening the session. Click open session when you want to go live to accept orders.
Session is Open
Now you will see that the session is open and the Open Session button is now switched to Close Session. You are now able to receive Noble orders to this Fulfillment Station.
Fulfilling Orders
Pick Up Orders
When a consumer places an order for pick up you will see a digital card come up and a printed ticket with the same order info on both. When you want to notify the guest that the order is ready simply click READY FOR PICKUP.
Delivery Orders
When a consumer places an order for pickup you will see a digital card come up and a printed ticket with the same order info on both including the delivery info. When you want to notify the guest that the order is ready simply click READY FOR DELIVERY.
Rejecting Orders
Go to the Completed tab where you will see the orders that have been picked up or delivered. Here you can click the REJECT button at the bottom of the order you are testing.
When you hit REJECT a pop-up will appear and you must select a reject reason. This will void the consumer’s order and no payment will be accepted. If you choose Underage or Intoxicated the user will be blocked from ordering again.
For a test order, you must make sure you select Incorrect Order as the option. This will make sure that your card is not charged and payment is not taken.
86 Items
Go to the Menu tab and select the Inventory button. Here you will see the full list of the items on this menu that you can toggle in or out to update the app in real-time. You can also toggle in or out the mixer items in this section of the system.
Change Features
In the Menu tab, you can go into your setting module and quickly toggle on or off the ability to accept Pickup or Delivery orders. Some venues will have different features used for different event types or even toggle off delivery when server staff is released for the night but pickup is still accepted.
Pause Orders
In order to pause any order coming to a fulfillment station, you can hit the Pause Orders button on the bottom row and confirm. This will not allow any orders to be placed and let the user know they can try again later.
Pause a Speciality Time
If you would like to pause a specific pick-up time, you can click in the Pick-up Times section on the bottom row. Here you will see a list of any special times you have created and under the Pause column a button to click. This will pause only that specific time and let the user know that this time slot is no longer accepting orders.
Specialty Pick Up Times
Click the Pick-up Time section on the bottom row to pull up your module to add a new time slot. If you have any old time slots they will be shown here if they have not been deleted.
Add the name of the time slot you would like to add as well as any special timing. If this is a time slot that you will be using for multiple days you can select daily so it stays active for your sessions. You can delete any inputs with the trashcan and pause the times with the Pause button.
Pre-Orders
In the Pre-order tab, you will see all the orders that have been scheduled for the current day. They will be sorted in order of time and labeled on the top of the digital ticket.
Click on the Open Order button to turn the scheduled order into an Open order that is live and ready to fulfill just like receiving a real-time order.
Once you click the Open Order button the order will now move to the Open tab and a ticket will print. This order is now live and ready to be fulfilled.
Be sure to open the orders at an appropriate time. Opening too early and fulfilling too early will confuse the consumer and cause a negative guest experience.
