If an item is not showing on one or more kiosks at a location, but is showing on others at that location, you may need to re-sync the menus on the affected kiosks.
For each affected kiosk, do the following steps:
- Tap 5 times on the logo on the homescreen
- Enter your location's 4-digit access code, then tap Done
- Tap Settings in the left sidebar menu
- Tap Refresh
- Tap Login in the sidebar menu
- Enter your access code again and tap the checkmark
- Confirm that the item is now visible and available for purchase
