If you want the ability to complete orders and items across all your KDS devices, you will need at least one KDS set up as an expediter. Any item/order completed at that expediter KDS will also be completed on every other KDS device. To change a KDS to an Expo KDS:
1. Sign in to the Portal at the Location level
2. Click "Configure"
3. Click "KDS Master"
4. Click "Edit"
5. Select "Expediter KDS" from the KDS Type dropdown
6. Click "Save" to apply your changes
7. Click "Sync" to push the new settings to your device(S)
