If your kiosk printer is not printing customer receipts:
- Ensure your Android kiosk is showing the screensaver
- Tap the logo at the top of the screen 5 times and enter your access code
- This will take you to the Admin Settings panel of the kiosk
- Beneath 'Invoice/Customer Printer' make sure a printer is connected and showing an online status
- If your printer is showing as offline, make sure it is powered on and connected to the kiosk
- If no printer is showing, reach out to GRUBBRR support via our support email address
- Select 'Refresh' next to 'Update Printer Status'
- Select 'Login' and enter your access code to return to the kiosk
