Adding or Removing Loyalty Points from a Customer's Account

To add/remove loyalty points from a customer's account:

1. Log in to the GRUBBRR portal
2. Select 'CRM' from the left sidebar menu
3. Select 'Customers' from the dropdown
4. Search for the customer you wish to modify
5. Select 'Loyalty Details'
6. Select 'Add/Subtract Loyalty Points'
7. Add/subtract loyalty points as needed
8. Add a remark as needed
9. Select 'Save'
