How "Pay at Counter" Works on GRUBBRR Kiosks

If desired, you can offer a "pay at the counter" option on GRUBBRR Kiosks using our Enterprise Console Platform. When this feature is enabled, the Kiosk allows users to create and submit their orders to your kitchen as normal; however, the Kiosk won't "complete" the order at the device. 

Instead, GRUBBRR will send the order to your POS as an "Open" item, so that your team can finalize payment at the register. Your customer will also receive a receipt showing that the order has been submitted, but has not been paid for, as pictured below.
