Combos are a great way to add value to your QSR Menu- but some customers may find them overwhelming or confusing on the Kiosk. Luckily, your Kiosk has a few tools that we can use to streamline the ordering process for your guests!

 

One of these key features is the ability to add an "Auto-Skip" flow to combos on the Kiosk. When this feature is enabled, your Kiosk will check each combo component for default selections and modifiers. If defaults have been set in the Console, the Kiosk will automatically move on to the next component, repeating the process until it reaches a step that actually requires the customer to make a selection. You can see an example of this flow in the animation below.

 

 

As you can see, "Auto-Skip" allows your customers to add a full combo to their cart in a couple of clicks, or to go back into the combo and customize their items as desired.

 

You can turn on auto-skip functionality for combos through the "Ordering Options" section of the Console by following the steps outlined below.

This feature applies to all combos at your location, so the Kiosk will skip over any components with default selections. However, you can still require customers to make a selection by removing defaults from specific component groups (i.e., Sides or Drinks) if desired.
