How to use Menu Scheduling Tools in the GRUBBRR Enterprise Console
Last updated: August 8, 2026
My menu has items or categories that shouldn't always be available (i.e., a breakfast menu); how do I make sure that the Kiosk only shows these items when they're supposed to be available?
Menu Scheduling allows us to limit the dates and times that a specific menu category or item are available on a client's Kiosk menu. This is useful if a location has separate menus for lunch or dinner service, or if there are specialty items that take a long time to prepare and are only available in the evening. Because these are menu controls, they can be configured at the location level, or as part of an ECM dataset; in this guide, we'll walk through the process of adding scheduling at the location level.
Go to console.grubbrr.com
- Click "Menu Settings"
- Click "Menu"
- You can assign schedules to Categories and to individual menu items
- Select the category or item you want to update, and click "Edit"
- On the category/item settings page, scroll down and look for the "Schedules" toggle
- Turn the toggle on, then configure

- Any applicable start and end dates for the category/item
- Which day(s) the category/item will be available
- What time(s) the category/item will be available
- Remember to click "Save" to apply your changes
